When I was younger, I very briefly had six-pack abs. I was on staff at a summer camp for a monthly, eating portioned meals, on my feet all day, and often running around for various events and simply to get across the enormous property. Oh, and I worked on the ropes course so I climbed around in trees all day long. I was constantly reaching, stretching, lifting, pulling, and grabbing. It was an amazing full body workout every day. After spending years dreaming of six pack abs, I came home with them...by accident. Now, some six years later, they've faded.
Since I recently decided to go paleo, I figure why not really embrace my inner caveman and get back those six pack abs. Follow along to see how it goes.
