Starting Things Off

I talk a lot in my public and professional life. I talk with clients, I talk with friends, I talk with strangers. I've made a small name for myself. Not a big one, but big enough I find myself asking "can I say this?" or "what will people think if they find out..." So I'm starting this blog.

I'm torn between veganism and the paleo diet. I was a varsity high school athlete. I sing in the shower.
